Having been a Consultant and holding Executive positions in leading-edge Business in Telecommunications like Hawaiian Telcom and other industries, she understands the art of strategy and negotiating for the advantage of her Clients.

Sisi has either personally or through businesses lived in Luxury Condos like Hokua, held property in Kahala, or held commercial property in Kakaako. She has gone through major renovations with Clients and for herself in Hawaii. This experience allows her to see the value that each property and home can have. For those that are Selling, Sisi stages every property with her own staging company and also directs and collaborates on video and photo presentations with Film Partners and Producers so that each property is marketed and highlighted to its maximum potential.

Her unique position in the Hawaii Luxury Real Estate market is enhanced by her strong partnership with the largest logistics company in Hawaii. Most notably, she obtained the exclusive listing for Kapiwai. Kapiwai is a beautiful development in Pauoa Valley designed to respect the land and its history. Sisi sold over 90% of the Development and started as the Broker in its infancy with drawings and sketches and hardly a model home. She sold the dream of the property and dedicated her own network to successful sales initiatives in a neighborhood where the average home is a little over Hawaii’s median home price. Sisi can and will sell your property. Today, Sisi is focused on the resale market in Investment and multi-million dollar properties from Nuuanu to Hawaii Kai. She is an advocate for her clients and works hard along with her team on their behalf.

Sisi strongly believes in contributing to her community and donates her time to Diamond Head Theatre Board, American Heart Association, and Iolani Schools. In the past few years, she has also contributed to the Honolulu Zoo Society, St. Clement’s Na Ohana Board, and Young President’s Organization Board as a Spouse Coordinator in Hawaii and the Hawaii Gift Foundation Board.
